Example Lesson

This is an example of the online lessons that are provided to back up the course in the real world. Chances are you will be practicing what you learn on the course whilst at home and if so you will find these very useful. All the lessons have a textual explanation here, with the image viewer below on the left going through the move step by step and the one on the right in real time.

With the step by step viewer you can zoom in onto the hands, move the image around for closer inspection, pause it, go back a step or just let it cycle through continuously. It is an extremely useful method of studying the move as the bit you are stuck on is usually there and gone in the blink of an eye with a video etc.

You can zoom in/out with the frame by frame viewer above. Once zoomed in use your arrow keys to go to the next or last picture. You can also drag the image around by holding your left mouse button down.
